From the moment we unlock a unit we begin a two-phase audit:
Phase 1: Pre‑Work Inspection Walk‑Through (PIW)
We start every job with a detailed inspection—clearing the deck before we begin cleaning. Here's what the PIW does for you:

We document every existing issue
From carpet stains and wall scuffs to broken screens and chipped paint—before we touch a thing. This ensures you’ll never be left wondering whether we caused any damage. -
Clarity and control for your team
Every issue noted is yours to act on—whether that’s reporting it, repairing it, or simply having it on record. -
Guaranteed cleaning scope
Line-by-line, we lay out exactly what will be cleaned in each room. If we miss even a single item on this list, you'll know exactly what to point to. -
Optional items, your call
Any cleaning beyond the guaranteed list is clearly marked and priced as optional—no hidden work, no unwelcome charges, only what you authorize.
Phase 2: Execution Checklist -- We Follow Through, No Exceptions
Every authorized line item from the Pre‑Work Inspection (PIW) turns into a task with its own unique ID complete with room context.​

If a task is missed or incomplete, it’s easily flagged.

T&T Cleaning Guarantee—in full effect
If any task listed under our T&T Guarantee is missed or objectively incomplete, you pay $0.00 for that unit. Period!

Optional Services—your control, your call
For any Optional Service Item you approve:

We log billable hands‑on "scrub time" at $50/hr

If we start on an item, but can’t deliver, we don't charge for the time we worked—Why? Because Taylor & Taylor never bills for incomplete work. Ever.
